HockeyJersey.com is proud to announce that we are hosting our first Game Worn Expo. The Expo will take place in San Jose on Saturday, January 26 from 9:00 AM till 3:00 PM at the Poor House Bistro Studio which is only 2 blocks from the SAP Center. The Expo will end in time for all attendees to be able to make it to the 2019 NHL All-Star game which begins at 5:00 PM.
Admission to the Expo is free, but we are asking for voluntary donations of any amount to offset the cost of the venue rental. Tables are available for a $60 donation. Any proceeds in excess of the event space rental cost will be donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
The Expo will feature displays of game worn jerseys and equipment. Items for sale/trade will include Game Worn jerseys, pucks, gear, bobbleheads and general hockey collectibles. There will also be “trader tables” set up where collectors who do not have a display table can negotiate jersey/collectible trades.
There will be a raffle consisting of jerseys, pucks, bobbleheads, NHL All-Star wine (must be over 21 to win) and additional items (list is being updated below). All raffle proceeds will first be applied against the event rental cost with additional proceeds donated to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Raffle tickets will be priced at $5 for one ticket, $20 for five tickets and $100 for 30 tickets. Collectors with tables will have additional raffle tickets to give away with any purchase.
There will be a bar set up within the Event Space and food can be purchased directly from the Poor House Bistro.
The Studio at the Poor House Bistro is located in the old Power Play Hockey building next to the Poor House Bistro: 91 S Autumn St, 95110 San Jose, CA. SAP Center is a short two block walk via S Autumn Street from the Event.
